At YogaDogas, every product is made on demand specifically for you and your pet. This helps reduce waste and ensures each item is created with care. Because of this, we follow Printful’s return and refund guidelines.
Order Issues & Misprints
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.
Please email support@yogadogas.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Photos of the product
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Printful will review the claim and, once approved, will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse / Wrong Size
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Choosing the wrong size
Changing your mind
Ordering the wrong item
Preference-based reasons
Please use the size charts on each product page to ensure the best fit.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The product is defective
The product was damaged during shipment
The product has a clear manufacturing error
Refunds are not granted for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or incorrect addresses.
Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost Packages
If the tracking shows your package has been lost in transit, contact us. After Printful confirms the loss, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
