YogaDogas Shipping Policy

At YogaDogas, every product is created on demand in partnership with Printful. This means your order is made especially for you — and your pup — the moment you purchase it. Because of this, shipping times are a little different from traditional retail, but the quality and care are worth the wait.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
Each item is custom printed and packaged after your order is placed.
Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days
(Most orders are completed within 3 days.)
During high-volume seasons (holidays), fulfillment may take a little longer.
Shipping Time Estimates
After your order is fulfilled, it’s shipped from the Printful facility closest to your location.
Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3–6 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
These are estimates provided by Printful and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
your location
the products in your order
Printful’s real-time shipping rates
We do not add any extra handling fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages.
Printful ships from multiple fulfillment centers around the world, and some items may be produced in different locations.
You will receive tracking for each shipment.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers are responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees set by your country.
These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your YogaDogas checkout total.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@yogadogas.com and we will assist you in working with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.
